This Choreo udates an existing ticket. Detailed information about the Tickets methods from Zendesk is available here.
The optional Metadata input should be a JSON formatted string containing the metadata fields you want to update. More information on setting metadata can be found here. This is how a correctly formatted Metadata input should look:
