Returns a list of trending threads.

Input
• PublicKey The Public Key provided by Disqus (AKA the API Key).
Optional Input
• AccessToken A valid OAuth 2.0 access token.
• Callback The name of a callback function to wrap the respone in. Used when setting ResponseFormat to "jsonp".
• Forum Allows you to look up a forum by ID (aka the short name).
• Limit The number of records to return. Defaults to 10.
• Related Indicates the relations to include with your response. Valid values are: forum, author, category.
• ResponseFormat The format that the response should be in. Valid values are: json (the default), jsonp, or rss.
