This bundle contains functionality for performing searches using Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL).

  • Setup Instructions

    • To use the Choreos in this bundle:

      • You'll need a Salesforce account with API Access. If you don't already have one, you can sign up for a paid account here or alternatively a free trial here.
      • Please go to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Platform for a list of Salesforce packages that support API Access.
      • Salesforce Group and Professional Editions may be eligible for limited API Access provided your App passes a security review. For more information click here.
      • Login to Salesforce and navigate to the Setup menu (at the top of the home page).
      • In the App Setup section on the left, choose the Apps item under the list of Create options.
      • Under Connected Apps click on New.
      • Make sure to choose the option to Enable OAuth Settings.
      • For Selected OAuth Scopes, enable "Perform requests on your behalf at any time (refresh token)" and any other permissions that you'll need.
      • Specify the following Callback URL: 
      https://{Your Temboo Account Name}.temboolive.com/callback/salesforce
      • With your Salesforce application in place, visit the Salesforce > OAuth bundle. Starting with the InitializeOAuth Choreo, use these Choreos to grant your application access to a Salesforce account. This short video demonstrates how to use our OAuth Choreos, and it's a good idea to take a break and watch it now before you dive into this step. This process will return a refresh token which can be used along with the client id and client secret to authenticate with Salesforce.
