Temboo gives you the option to increase your account's usage limits and access to Temboo features by subscribing to a paid plan.
Temboo accepts credit cards and will automatically charge your card on a monthly or annual basis, based on the value and type of the plan that you have subscribed to. We will notify you in the event that we cannot charge your card, and give you the opportunity to update your payment details before attempting to charge your card again. Other forms of payment, including check and bank wire transfer, can be accepted by mutual agreement. In the event that a payment fails to process and remains unpaid, your subscription will be cancelled and you will revert to the Free plan. We will work with you to avoid this happening.
Most Temboo subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each month for monthly plans and yearly from the date of upgrade for annual plans.
Monthly plan subscriptions created after the first of the month are prorated based on the day the subscription commences. In such cases, your card will be charged once on the day you subscribe to a paid plan, and on the first of each subsequent month.
If you transition from a paid plan to a paid plan of a higher value, your first charge on the new paid plan will be prorated based on the amount of time remaining on your old paid plan.
All fees and charges are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used months or years.
Monthly or annual payments continue until you switch to the Free plan or delete your Temboo account.
Paid plans are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of the month or year, you will not be issued a refund or credit.
